My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bear needs a family! He is a fun loving pup (about a year and a half old) who loves to run and play, but who also will settle down for belly rubs and lab sitting. We pulled him from the Orange County shelter on his last day. This is his story: he was a stray and his fur had grown so long that the shelter staff had to shave him down to the skin. With no fur, it was discovered that he had sores all over his body from the mats of fur pulling on his skin. We saved him from the shelter and fixed him up - now his fur is growing back, and his really cute personality is coming out since he is feeling so much better. He loves to be with people and would benefit from a family or person who can spend a lot of time with him. He also seems to like dogs and really wants to play with them. Bear is neutered, miicrochipped, up to date on vaccinations, and is ready to go to his new forever home. Please let us know if you want to meet him!
