My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Perdita is a beautiful pit mix who is right around 2 years old. She may be deaf, but wow is she smart, so it honestly doesn't make much difference expect she isn't scared of loud noises or the vacuum! She knows several signs and abides by them! In her foster home she lives with 5 other females, and has been in a home with males as well, here she is with and 4 children from 5-11yrs old. She does like to be in charge but with the right training from her human she can learn her place. She is great with cats as well. You won't find a more loyal dog, she wants to be with her person all the time and even enjoys going in the car, so she would be perfectly happy as the center of attention as an only pet too!
