Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maria is a happy-go-lucky girl. We think she is a wirehair terrier mix of some sort. She has only been with us at the adoption center for a few days but listens well and has quickly become a favorite. She is pretty laid back and we think she will love to curl up for TV time at night too. She gets along with other dogs but we are not sure about cats yet.
Alsip To The Rescue (ATTR) strives as a rescue to make sure that when our adopters take home their new rescue they feel they have the support and access to all resources which ATTR can provide. If you want to learn how you can set your new rescue up to succeed and blend in with your family come to our Meet The Trainer sessions each weekend. We will give you tips on what to do when you first bring home a new rescue. Saturday at Noon in St John and Sunday at Noon in Frankfort are free Meet The Trainer sessions with more free sessions to be added during the week soon. Fill out an application in the Get Involved section to meet our rescues. www.alsiptotherescue.org
