Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Little Lizzy
You'll Love Lizzy! It's true, when you meet this happy girl you're sure to fall in love. Lizzy has a happy, fun and sweet personality with a kind of silly charm that keeps her foster mama smiling. Lizzy is energetic and loves to romp in a back yard, play with stuffed toys or join her foster brothers and sisters in whatever game is under way. Lizzy is happy to be held and loves to have her belly rubbed and tickled. After playtime she likes to curl up on the back of the couch or right next to you for some quality TV time.
Lizzy is a Miniature Pinscher / Italian Greyhound mix. She is approximately 2 years old and has a beautiful coat of blue and red fawn. She weighs right at 10 pounds. She is house and crate trained and does well for car rides. She loves to go for walks and is always ready for the next adventure.
Lizzy was rescued after being hit by a car and needed care to an injured back knee. Her leg has healed really well and you’d never know she’s been in an accident now.
Lizzy is an active little girl who needs a family who can shower her with love, playtime and plenty of exercise. Being young she still has a puppy's energy and need for attention.
We do our best to place our furry babies in the right home to fit their needs. With this goal in mind Lizzy's new home will have to have a fenced in yard. She is not suited to an apartment or home with very young children but would do fine in a home with older kids. She loves to play with other dogs both big and small so only homes with at least one other active dog present will be considered.
****Friends of cats and dogs preforms a home visit with the perspective animal so out of State / Area adoptions will not be considered. If another dog is present in the home they must be fixed and proof of current vaccinations must be available.****
