CHARLIE WAS FOUND RUNNING ALONG A BUSY HWY IN RURAL PAYETTE COUNTY. A GOOD SAMARITAN PICKED HIM UP AND CALLED FOR HELP.

CHARLIE IS AN ADULT MALE LAB MIXED BREED, APPROX 2 YRS OLD, NEUTERED AND UTD ON HIS VACCINATIONS. HE IS CRATE TRAINED, PLAYFUL AND EAGER TO LEARN. HE SEEMS TO GET ALONG WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.
