My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Baskette! She's been in my care since May, 2015 when she was rescued from a pretty crummy situation with her five kittens. She nurtured all of her babes to health for several months and all have been adopted except one, Olive, who is also waiting for her forever home. Basket is ~3 years old, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, tested neg/neg for FeLV/FIV and microchipped.

Baskettte's been patiently waiting to be adopted and has gotten sweeter and more trusting by the day. She's a former factory kitty and a bit shy with strangers but greets me with head butts and purrs. She just loves affection and melts when she is petted. She will warm up to her forever family with time. She's among the most gentle and playful kitties I've ever met and just needs someone who is patient and understands her integrity having not known kindness before her rescue.

These photos capture her amazing wise sweet soul. Adoption fee required. Baskette can be adopted alone or with her kitten Olive (now 9 month old). This would be really terrific, actually! She will do fine with a new forever buddy with proper introduction.
