Hi! My name is Perry and I am a very sweet Shih Tzu boy who is 5 years old and I weigh 17 pounds. My owner couldn’t take care of me anymore so I found myself in a very scary place. I got very lucky and someone stepped up for me and now I am looking for my forever home. I was matted to the skin, full of ticks and fleas and I was in so much pain and so uncomfortable. Now all the mats are gone, all of my bites are healing and I feel so much better. I have always lived with other dogs and get along with everyone. I will make just the vest companion for you and a sibling would be just great. If you have the perfect home for me, please ask for me on your application.
