My story

***JayJay is a return to Happy Tails after almost 3 yrs. He had become very protective of his owner who had developed dementia. Family members decided to rehome him due to this. His foster home has been working with him and he's coming along wonderfully. A trip to the animal chiropractor also showed that he needed a good adjustment which has left his feeling soooo much better and acting like a puppy***

JayJay is an 8 yr old male Corgi/Pomeranian cross and weighs 8 lbs. He is a friendly little guy that would be a great companion in an adult home where he is the only dog. He is a smart dog but is jealous of other dogs in his space and can be pushy with them. JayJay has a loud bark and would not be good for apartments or condos. He doesn't like Veterinarians and has nipped at them so because of that tendency we feel he shouldn't go to a home with children. JayJay is at his best when he's sitting quiet at his human's feet chillin' and just being a good companion. He is an amazing passenger in a car and walks beautifully on a leash and knows basic commands.
