Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jack is every inch a dog. He is big, friendly, smart and strong. He has a beautiful face and a mischievous mind. He loves to play, race around the yard, and generally likes company. He is usually quiet, except for barking at the mailman, or dogs passing the house, and can whine when he is feeling musical. He loves a big backyard, and can stay outside on his own for hours on end.
He needs a firm and experienced person to train him and to keep him in his place, as he can tug hard on the leash, and jump on you when he is happy... Being as big and strong boy, he should not go to a home with children or small animals like cats. Given a firm hand, he is quick to learn, and is a very intelligent, loving, and grateful dog. He is extremely food-motivated, a trait which may stem from his youth spent on the streets of Hamilton, and likes to sniff anything and everything.
He is perfect for a strong and experienced owner who can provide him the exercise/training he requires. He is truely rewarding to have!
