My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maggie is 8 years young, a shy, tiny girl, just under 5 lbs., and very very sweet. She was given up by her owners when they had a baby and could no longer give her the attention she needed. Maggie wants to do one thing - sit on your lap and be petted. Her foster says Maggie follows her around, waiting patiently to be held. She also likes to sleep under the covers where she can stay warm. She is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, house trained (although previous owners also trained her to use a piddle pad) and crate trained. This dog would be perfect for a retired or elderly person who has the time and affection to give this deserving girl. She can only be adopted to a calm, quiet home and because of her small size, only to a home without children. Email us at lizzyslodgerescue@gmail.
