Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mick is an adorable little 7lb Chihuahua. We don't know what he is mixed with, but his legs are a little long for a Chihuahua and his tail is a little poofier, giving him the look of a small fox. He loves women and older children. We estimate his age to be around 2. He does not like men so his forever home would have to be one with just women and children. His best quality is his behavior with other dogs - he loves to play, both with small and large dogs. He is also adjusting to living with a cat, who he gets along very well with. He has a nice medium energy level and loves to cuddle. His favorite toys are stuffed animals and tiny tennis balls. He is house trained and crate trained.
Mick is a little shy when he first meets new people, but he warms up quickly and bonds easily. He loves to snuggle under the covers at night with his foster mom. We don't know what happened to him before we rescued him but his dislike of men is probably a direct result. Again, his forever home will have to be one with only women.
If you are looking for a little guy to join your family who loves to cuddle and has excellent manners when playing with dogs of all sizes, Mick could be your guy! To schedule a time to meet him, email lizzyslodgerescue@gmail.com.
