Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATE: ADOPTION PENDING! We give both the two-legged and four-legged a couple of weeks to see if things are a "forever fit' for everyone. If you would like to complete an application for April, please feel free to do so, recognizing that she is most likely adopted.
However, we receive daily requests to take dogs into our rescue just like April who we have to turn away due to lack of foster home space or qualified adopters. Fostering to adopt is a great "low risk" way to see if there is a "love connection" between you and a dog and the chance to get to know one another to decide if a specific dog is the perfect addition to your family. For an application, please e-mail us at pawsupnebraska@gmail.com
April is a lab/blue heeler mix with an approximate birth date of 02/25/14. Weighs about 50-60 lbs. She is kennel trained.
April needs a home with no small children or an experienced owner to teach her proper behavior around small children. April would likely do well with another dog as she has been allowed to visit her neighbors' dogs and tends to be submissive to the neighbor's yorkie.
If interested in fostering or adopting April, email us at pawsupnebraska@gmail.com.
