My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoptable Mya is an estimated 2-3 year old female pit bull. She is on the larger side but still very short, she is people/kid friendly, big dog friendly with proper introductions and corrections (she needs to work on her manners with other dogs). We can cat temperament test her upon request. Mya is house trained and crate trained. She loves to cuddle and always appreciates a good belly rub!

Mya has been through a lot in her life thus far and she deserves nothing more than to find her forever family. Mya was a victim of a home invasion that resulted in her being stabbed 3 times while protecting her family. Not only was she stabbed but she was also heart worm positive. She was surrendered to animal control and we jumped at the opportunity to help Mya in her time of need.

Mya is Adoptable through Mickeys Haven 4 Pit Bulls based in Fayetteville,North Carolina. We are a foster based rescue, so if you are interested in meeting mya we can set up a day to do so!

Adoption process/fee: Email us at Mickeyshaven4pitbulls@yahoo.com and we will send you an adoption application, once the application has been approved we will set up a required home check. The adoption fee is $200 and all dogs come either spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and a wellness exam is done.
