My name is Sophie, and I am a 4 yr old Hairless Chinese Crested. My name stands for “wisdom”, so I guess that means I am a smart girl!

I use my manners when I am around people and other dogs.  I love snuggling and sitting on laps. I enjoy taking walks and going for car rides. I entertain myself by playing with toys, especially squeaky ones. Sometimes I can get a little possessive of my toys and I need to be told to share.  My foster mom is teaching me to retrieve toys when she throws them, which I think is lots of fun. Also I am being taught some basic commands. When I listen I get a treat, but not too much, because I need to shed several pounds. I found out that I used to be overfeed, so I am trying to get my girlish figure back. Oh, and the best part is, I am housebroken!

Overall I am a happy mellow girl in search of her forever home. If you have a place in your home and heart for me, I will love you forever!
