Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Radar is a super sweet long haired Chihuahua who is about 9 years old, though he acts and looks more like he is 3-4. He came to us due to a change in his owners living situation and we determined it was best for him to join us here at the Double E. He is a quiet, well behaved boy who is eager to please and loves your attention. He would be best in a home without children or one with older, quieter children. He is crate trained and can use a doggie door.
Radar is available for adoption through Double E Rescue Ranch. Adopters must live within 250 miles of Copperas Cove, Texas.
The first step of the adoption process is to complete the adoption application on our website at www.DoubleERescueRanch.org
After receiving the application we will contact you to further discuss the dog that your interested in and schedule a meet and greet.
Our adoption process also includes a home visit and adoption contract.
Due to the fact that the majority of our dogs are small in size or older in age we generally do not adopt to homes that have children under 10 years of age for safety reasons. We will possibly consider it on a case by case basis, depending on the personality of the dog.
The adoption donation fee for Radar is $75 and includes the following:
-Current on DHPP Vaccine
-Current on Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine
-Current on Rabies Vaccine
-Current on flea/tick prevention
-Spayed/Neutered
-Microchip
-Heartworm Tested and on monthly prevention if they are negative and on slow kill heartworm treatment if positive. (slow kill medication will be provided with the adoption.)
-1 Month of Heartworm Prevention
-Bag of current food
-Collar/harness and Leash if needed
-Lifetime support from the rescue
