Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ricky has been waiting so long for a family of his own. And we just can't understand why -- he is cute, friendly, and really the only thing about him is that he is a bit shy when he meets new people. This probably comes from being on the kill list at the San Bernardino shelter, which is a really scary place. Ricky really needs a hero! Please give him a chance and he will be your best friend.
Ricky is about 2 years old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed and up-to-date on shots. He's on the smaller side for a pit, probably around 45 pounds. He likes to roll around when he's feeling playful and LOVES belly rubs. He is potty trained, has good house manners and doesn't bark a lot inside -- generally, he is pretty mellow, but gets excited when someone comes to his kennel to take him out for a walk. He is a little shy, but friendly around new people. He has the cutest little kink in his tail (cute now, but sadly probably came from having a broken tail at some point). He's a wonderful companion and will make someone very happy and lucky.
