Mari is a sweet little thing that found her way to a shelter in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Mari was covered in fleas and had lost most of the hair on her back. She was extremely thin and sick with kennel cough. After a month in foster care, she has put on weight and her hair is growing back very nicely! She is just the sweetest little thing on four legs. Mari is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly when she sees you aren't going to hurt her. She is about 12 pounds, with short little legs, and tipped ears. Our vets estimate that she is about 7 years old, but she plays like a puppy and does 'Rat Runs' all over her fosterhome. She's doing very well with her housetraining, and is crate trained. Mari would do well in just about any home situation, especially one with some warm laps to snuggle in. Do you need a lap buddy?
