Rosebud is a sweetheart of a dog who was turned in to a rural Arkansas shelter by an elderly couple who couldn't take care of her any longer. She had been in the shelter since the middle of November and given a reprieve because she is such a loving, friendly girl. When her time ran out, ResQ was contacted. She is about 5 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. She is reportedly housebroken, and is doing well in her Arkansas foster home. She gets along with all the dogs and enjoys snuggling in laps. Our volunteers drove through a quaint little town on the way to see her, and that town was named Rose Bud. It seemed like the perfect name for this special girl.
