Here's what the humans have to say about me:
On Oct 26, 2015 a particularly rough looking Shih Tzu was brought to Northwood after being found as a stray in Gadsden County. He was covered with mats, open wounds, and scabs all over his body. A skin scrape showed him to have a severe generalized Demodex mange infection, along with flea infestation, bacterial skin infection, intestinal parasites, and ear infections. It took several months to get Colin into condition for him to be adoptable but we are finally there! His hair has grown in nicely, he has had a teeth cleaning, has been microchipped and is current on vaccines. Colin is a very sweet boy, but hates having his head messed with and is not good at sharing his food or toys with anyone. Seeing where Colin started when he came to us, it is amazing the recovery he has made. Please consider adopting this little love.
