My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sitting perfectly erect with a long elegant neck, Penelope caught our eye when we were passing out treats at the city shelter. She was way too thin with some balding spots on her head but engaged with us and wanted to be held and petted right off the bat. Lady Penelope, as we have taken to calling her for her royal posture, is a little firecracker surprisingly. Once she got her bearings in her foster home we learned that Penelope is smart and playful and estimated at about 2 years old. She weighs in at about a whopping 7 lbs and adores playing with other dogs and is learning about cats who she is living with in her foster home.
