Meet Farlo, our gentle giant with a heart full of love! Farlo came to us as a stray, a quiet soul with a shy demeanor. When he first arrived, he kept to himself, unsure of his new surroundings. Though still a bit shy at times, he’s gradually opened up and shown his true, affectionate nature. Farlo is a big softy who loves nothing more than sharing a warm hug. His kind, tender heart just wants love and snuggles. While he may be a little reserved, once you earn his trust, you’ll experience the joy of his gentle companionship. Farlo may be a big dog on the outside, but inside, he's all about comfort and affection.

Over 1,100 animals pass through our doors every year. Did you know that the average cost to get our animals ready to be adoptable is roughly $350 per animal? That is because we require our adoptables to be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adopting out.
Population control and disease management are issues in our community that we are working hard to resolve. Your donations help ensure we can continue our mission.
We have an amazing team of hard working staff caring for our animals 7 days a week. They are supported by a group of engaged board members that are focused on bettering our organization.
