My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zeus is a 3 year old, docked and natural eared, black and tan, purebred Doberman. Zeus came to us from a high-kill shelter who received him as a surrender, he is a wonderful young man, full of energy and very Velcro with his humans! He loves to snuggle and play ball. Zeus has not shown interest in playing with other dogs, however doesn't seem to mind them around, large or small. He would do best with children over 12 years of age. Zeus is housebroken, crate trained, knows his basic commands, and will need a little more work on his leash skills. Zeus came to us as a medical case, he had three lumps removed when he was neutered, the one of concern did biopsy as cancer, however our veterinarian feels the tumor was entirely removed and there was no need for chemo or radiation therapy, there is no guarantee it will not come back, however we do feel we've given him his best chance at a healthy, long life. This boy is a lover and would make a great companion!
