My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

6 pound 2 year old 'lil Trooper has had a rough past. Not only was he a street dog having to fend for himself and find his own food, but he was attacked by a larger dog sustaining significant bite wounds to his neck. He was rescued by an animal control officer and taken to a shelter and received medical care for his wounds. He stole many hearts at the shelter and a call went out for a rescue group to take him.

Angels Rescuing Animals got him on July 26th. What an amazing sweet and affectionate little boy!

Trooper's adoption fee is $ 200.

This is not the kind of dog to leave in the yard while children are in school and adults are at work. A securely fenced yard of appropriate size for potty and play is required. This may be modified under certain circumstances. A home check will be done and references checked. Applicants should live within 2 hours driving time of Auburn, CA.
