Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Angus is a sweet boy who is likely cross between an Irish Setter and a Golden Retriever. He has a setter-styled body, with the lighter red Golden coat. Underfurnishings are very light in color.
He is estimated to be between 5 and 7 years old.
Angus has excellent house manners whether crated or not. He also knows sit, shake (with either paw!!) and sit-up. He loves to play with balls and fetches other toys as well. He does pull hard on leash when excited.
Here's video of him playing ball... he'll play with you and with himself and won't give up!! http://youtu.be/PXbb3libfHY
Angus would likely do best as an only dog or in a home with female dogs. He is fairly dominant and will have issues with other males who are also dominant.
Angus is offered for adoption by Irish Setter Rescue of North Texas, Inc. Prospective adopters should be willing to meet him in person prior to adoption. Please visit our Facebook page for more pictures, videos, etc. of dogs in our program.
ISRNTX does not have a public shelter nor public viewing hours. In order to visit a particular dog, an approved application should first be on file. At that time, a schedule for meeting the prospective new family member will be arranged with the foster home.
