My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koda is a 1 year old buff cockapoo that is all about play. He is very high energy, a happy boy that is great with dogs, cats, and loves children and people. He is crate trained and is learning house manners. He is happiest when chasing balls, sitting snuggled up on your chest, or playing with is favorite soft toys. He is a great running partner on leash, and has boundless energy. He rides great in the car, and is happiest with his people. He is eager to please, and craves attention making him easy to train. He is still working on basic manners and house training. . He requires high levels of supervision in the home and is still earning his trust and freedom. He is non destructive, but does still show typical puppy behaviors at time. He needs an owner that is willing to work with him to maximize his potential as he is a true diamond in the rough.

Because of his energy levels, preference will be given to highly active families and owners with a fenced yard. He will not thrive in a situation where he is left alone 8-10 hours a day while his owner works. Please consider these things before applying. Exceptions for nearby out of state adoptions may be made, but local adoptions are preferred.
