Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss ELSA is a tiny sweet girl that bonds quickly. She loves her walks and loves to watch TV or lounge with her people. ELSA was tested with other dogs and shared that she rather be an only pet. She also met a stray cat in the fosters back yard and they did NOT becomes friends :-/
ELSA loves kids large and small! She lived and loved her 4 and 6 yr old humans. She was given up because they travel and ELSA was left alone A LOT! Please help us find ELSA forever home!
