Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chip was in Miami and when we pulled Biscuit, Chip was his kennel mate. He was adorable, but unfortunately he was black, and had a doggie cold. That was basically a death sentence for him. Black dogs don't photograph well, and sick animals are often euthanized immediately. He had a little bit of an eye issue, but we found out that he just has dry eye. There are no scratches, so I just clean with a cotton ball and saline solution twice a day.
Chip is adorable! He's one of my favorite fosters! He loves to play with dogs of all sizes, he swims, and is normally very quiet. Chip has a funny bark and will let you know if he thinks something is wrong. He also loves to cuddle in your arms and give kisses. He is a wonderful boy.
