Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are all crazy about this pretty lady. She has had quite an adventure just trying to get to somewhere safe. She was found in the mountains close to her very last breath. Exhausted, hungry and ready to give up. Sores on her emaciated body and her feet were blistered from walking for miles. Some wonderful people scooped her up and immediately called ANH. This is where the happy part of the rest of her life began. After lots of vet appointments. Special foods, (lots of eggs and cottage cheese. :) and tons of tender loving care, our Stella is back on all fours and doing fabulous. She is very interested in everything going on around her. She doesn't miss a thing. She is good with other dogs but gets annoyed if they play too rough. She would much rather just take a gentle stroll around the field, smell some flowers and chase a bug or two. She is extremely well mannered and passed all the kitty and little dog tests. She does get very excited for breakfast lunch and dinner and we will make sure she will never be hungry again. Stella loves her bed. She's just like the Princess and the Pea, sleeping quietly on soft quilts piled high, right in front of the fans.:) A big ole smile on her cute little face.
We think she deserves to be loved and spoiled for the rest of her life.
Stella is about 6 or 7 years old. She is a beautiful Great Pyrenees. She would love an inside home, a fenced yard and a family who enjoys having a very sweet, quiet, loving companion. Please call Lorrie 208 339 0130 or email kjfam@dcdi.net for an application.
