We will do our best to answer your questions in this profile. If you have further questions please email us @ forsacredhearts@gmail.com ~ DO NOT call us unless you have filled out an adoption application which is located near the bottom of our home page @ www.sacredhearts.petfinder.com ~ Many times we speak to a person for 30 minutes or more about a dog only to find out, after receiving the application, that there are several factors that prevent us from placing the dog in the home. We run a shelter and that 30 minutes is precious time taken away from the animals here, please respect this.

Story of rescue: Spot showed up at a volunteer’s home very sick, she fostered him and nursed him back to health. A week after Spot was found the owner showed up at the foster home and after they realize how sick Spot was they surrendered him, they said that Spot came from the yard sale site and they couldn’t take care of a sick puppy. Spot is very loving, loves to give kisses, he wants to be with you at all times, rides great in car, and sleeps with volunteer’s daughter on occasion. His right eye may has a scar on his enter eye lid from an accident but, that does not affect him in anyway. Please consider this sweet, amazing, loving puppy for your home.
Please research the breed you are applying for @ www.dogbreedinfo.com ~ Some breeds to not fit is some homes ~
