Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet, adorable and smart, Kimber is a 4 year old female pit bull terrier who has lived in a home with children.
Kimber is spayed, micro-chipped, current on shots, house trained, crate trained, e-collar trained, loves to play, and has lots of energy. She is very sweet, very smart, and responsive to training so she just needs you.
She loves to snuggle with her people. She does not bark, jump on people, or chew up things. Kimber would enjoy an active, outdoorsy owner who wants a dog to accompany them on all adventures. She is a great jogging/ hiking/ camping companion. She was fostered in a home with small children for the first 3 months of her life and she has been around young kids for the past year.
Kimber was not properly socialized early on and has a tough time playing nice with other dogs. She spent a 3 years with her "brother", but plays too rough for many new dogs. She likes to keep all on eyes on "her" and not share a new home with any other pets - dogs or cats. Like most pitbulls she will do much better one on one and not in a dogpark.
She loves people she encounters. She doesn't know what to make of people with hats. Other than the random hat wearer, once she gets to know you, she is tolerant of any and all touches, hugs, kisses, etc from everyone she meets.
Did I mention smart - proficient commands: sit, leave it, bring here, drop, stay, heel, no, outside, breakfast, cookie. She is even good with hand signals to sit and stay.
Great girl super sweet.
