My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ricky was found on Craig’s list. His owners did not want him any longer. A lucky day for this little boy. He was found in an isolated back yard in poor conditions and has thrived in the loving arms of foster care. He is a wonderful mix of Pug and Boxer? , but is on the smaller side. He’s energetic, happy, obedient and loves to play. He is gentle enough playing with other pug buddies. Ricky is very smart and has learned so much but he has more to learn. He would do well with some formal doggy classes and with a family that has the time and attention for a younger dog. Due to his boxer side he has a strong desire to learn and to please. He has a very timid side and warms slowly. He is extremely protective and is a little wary of strangers at first, but is very loyal and sensitive but bursting with energy! Ricky has bonded well with both men and women but tends to see the female of the house as his pack leader. He will do well with a pug brother. This pug/boxer is a lover not a fighter!
