My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Finn was found on the side of a road in Valencia county. The person who found him thought he was dead. He had a huge, gaping wound in his neck. The vet said the wound was at least five days old, was necrotic and infected. Finn had also lost a lot of blood. But with excellent vet care and a wonderful foster home, Finn has completely recovered! He is about 5 or 6 years old, sweet, affectionate, and good with other dogs (as long as they don't try to take his toys). He's a Dachshund and weighs about 12 pounds. Finn is most comfortable with the ladies. He takes a little longer to warm up to men and some he just decides he doesn't like at all. For any interests on Finn, he will have to meet all members of the adoptive family to ensure comfort :) Thank you for your interest and your understanding!
