Our Marvin Gaye's theme song should be "How Sweet It Is (to be loved by you)!

Marvin is adored by his foster family who has come to appreciate his quirky personality. Marvin is looking for a family that will will understand his unique and independent personality. Marvin loves nothing more than to be by your side, sleep in the big bed at night, an evening on the couch watching television and car rides. He enjoys the company of his young foster child and his other dog friends. If you talk to Marvin, he talks back in his own special way. He had to be completely shaved down but is going to be quite handsome once his hair grows back.

Marvin is estimated to be 9 years young. Marvin was originally adopted from the shelter and returned 8 years later, through no fault of his own. He's housetrained and has perfect house manners. Marvin joined the Winker Club upon entry to the shelter. He came into the shelter with an eye injury and had to have his eye removed. Marvin is also heartworm positive and being treated with the slow kill method.

Marvin's adoption fee is $150.00. If you would like to meet Marvin he is being fostered in Robert, LA but is willing to travel to meet potential adopters. Please contact Kay Gibson at akaygibson@gmail.com for and adoption application.
