Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What a sweet boy! His name is Grey and he is a LOVER.
He has been neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and flea treated.
These are pictures of him being a very good boy at the vet:)
He is super friendly and loves affection and will give it right back!!
He is about 3-4 years old.
His story.....................
He was dumped off in a nice neighborhood with every bone in his body visible about a year ago and the same neighborhood ladies keep feeding him and looking out for him. He REALLY wants to go indoors but no one is able to take him. But they did get him back to a healthy weight.
We just recently took him to the vet because they called me and said that he stopped eating and he was "drooling." I told them I believe it was his teeth hurting him. I was right. The poor boy had bleeding gums in the back of his mouth. They pooled together their money and got him well again.
The vet said that he was fine but just needed to eat soft food so that the hard food would not irritate his mouth again. He was given antibiotics and actually got to stay in one of the ladies house for two weeks to get better. He really liked it inside:)
He's now back outdoors again and not too happy about it. He really just needs that lucky break.......... A home of his own and someone to spoil him.
He's a very sweet, even goofy boy.
He is FREE to the right home and he comes with all of his medical records however certain requirements must be met and are as follows.......................
I ask a lot of adoption questions to make sure he's a right fit for you and also do home visits. It's quick and easy, just to see if your home is safe for him, not to see if you have dishes in your sink:)
You must promise to keep him as an INDOOR kitty only. He HATES it outside and if he went to a new home and got outside he would get confused and get lost or seriously hurt. He is totally non-aggressive and was picked on and bullied by other cats. He needs a break from that. An outdoor cat has an AVERAGE lifespan of only about 2-3 years. An indoor cat has an AVERAGE lifespan of 14 + years.
You must be able to afford to care for his needs, food, treats, toys, litter and vet care as needed
You must promise to NOT de-claw him.
You must promise to give him at the very least ONE FULL MONTH (30 days) to get adjusted in your home. If you CANNOT promise to give him the FULL 30 DAYS required then please DO NOT respond to this post. It can take some cats longer than others to adjust. They deserve the time it takes to do that.
However, if after the FULL 30 DAYS you decide for one reason or another that he is just not a good fit for you and your family I will take him back without question.
Please CALL ME for more information or to set up an appointment to meet this very sweet kitty.
Thank You!
