My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a really calm, laid-back kind of dog. I will not pull on your leash at all when you take me for a walk. I'm happy as long as I can put my nose to the ground and smell everything. I would not only be a good hunting dog but also a wonderful family pet. With my calm demeanor I'd do well with children of all ages and would be happy just to lounge all day.

The PALS shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
