My name is Sara and I am a sleek, slim, shiny and high energy babe. Foster mom says that I can move faster than any wiener dog she has known. I enjoy soft blankets, walks, car rides, sunshine and rolling in gross things on the grass, especially right after a bath but I guess that makes me a normal wiener dog. Toys with squeakies were invented just for me and I can de-squeak a toy in record time. Foster mom now
gives me stuffing-free toys because she got tired of cleaning up the white fluff. Weird, because I had a ton of fun pulling it out. Before I was rescued my life lacked stability so I am very cautious and often skittish around new people and situations. However, I love my person without reservation and enjoy lap time and sleeping in the big bed. I am so looking forward to my own forever home and hope that it can be with you!

Now a few words from foster mom:

Sara is a sweet, loving girl that really deserves a wonderful home of her own. Her high prey drive makes her unsuitable for a home with young children or cats. For the most part she gets along with her foster siblings but definitely likes to be the alpha. For this reason she would be best suited as an only dog or a home without other females. Loud outside noises often cause her to let out a protective warning bark
so an apartment is not a good choice either. Sara takes a while to warm up to her people but once she settles in she can be quite affectionate. She does not like a crate but she is fully house trained and does not chew things when left unsupervised so that is not a problem. What a lovely little gem this gal is!
