Rocky is a sweet boy who craves human attention and love. He was found trying to survive on his own in a rough part of town. He wasn't doing too well on the streets, though, so now we're working to fatten him up a bit. He follows his foster mom around and always looks for opportunities to get a head scratch or belly rub. Will do okay with unaggressive cats.
