My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Simba! This little guy is very chill, easy going, confident, and friendly with other dogs, cats (foster has two) and people. We don’t know about kids, but suspect that he’s just fine.

Simba was being cared for by a homeless man, but he wanted a better life for him and thus gave him up. Simba is independent, but also affectionate, and has been giving his foster mom hugs. He really wants to go for walks (he is used to being outside with no fence), but he is adapting very well to being inside a warm, safe home. He is very smart and quickly learned to use the dog door. He’s also learned to put his paw up on the front door when he wants to go out.

He’ll be getting neutered tomorrow, and we’ll make sure he’s up-to-date with all his shots. He weighs about ten pounds. Really a nice boy who deserves a home to call his own.
