Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oso is a beautiful 10 month old male Border Collie. He is very smart and loves his human. He does need a little time to warm up to new people but becomes very loving when the humans show affection. He gets along great with his foster dog friends. The best home for him is someone who will give him the love he deserves and will teach him how to be a part of the family. So much potential in this dog. He is very shy and will need some work to become socialized.
