My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

David seems to be part prince and part court jester. If you look at his photographs, you think you are looking at royalty. Back straight and head held high, he seems to be surveying his domain. His intelligent eyes reflect that he takes his responsibilities seriously. Spend just a little bit of time with him and you quickly see that David has a lighter side too. He likes to be outside and is especially happy when the weather is pretty. If he has a chance, he will show off his exuberant and playful side. He is learning to walk on a leash (and has experience with a gentle lead), knows how to sit on command, and loves to have his ears gently scratched. This 9 year old Shepherd mix who is ready to give up his throne and spend all of his time playing and sharing the fun part of life with his new family. He gets along well with others like him and would prefer to have canine companions close to his size in his forever home. If you're interested in meeting David, stop by the SAHS today!
