Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dozer was kept in a crate/kennel inside a warehouse for most of his life. 24/7, and not let out for exercise or cleaning. The waste was piled inches deep on the bottom of his kennel. He was given food and water on an irregular basis.
He was not socialized. Dozer gets along with some dogs, but does not accept others. He is learning basic housetraining.
Dozer, right now, is a one-person dog. He does extremely well with his foster mom, and ok with a few others. However, he has behaved inappropriately when touched gently by experienced rescuers who were working to socialize him.
Until he landed in his foster's home, Dozer never knew love or safety. Yes, his foster mom loves him very much----but she cannot take in more fosters until she finds a place for him.
Dozer more than deserves a chance for us humans to make up for the abuse he lived with year after year after year.
He needs someone with patience. He needs someone with love in their hearts. He needs an experienced rescuer who can give this little one the space and time he needs.
He loves to swim, chase sticks, and play ball.
