My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweetie is an young adult American Pit Bull Terrier who is approximately 2 years old. Sweetie was found in a field with extensive injuries by a kind woman who chose to help her. Sweetie was taken into a foster home where she received the medical care and love she needed and deserved.

Since being rescued, Sweetie has proven to be a very loving and loyal little gal. She loves to go on walks and walks great on her leash. She loves belly rubs and has learned basic commands such as waiting for her food, sitting, and down and is crate and house trained as well. Sweetie gets along great with other dogs, big and small and is very easy to take out to public events. Sweetie is the typical pit bull and enjoys the company of her person and getting spoiled and loved on. Sweetie has been around a lot of children so she would be fine in a home with children. She enjoys playing with toys and is just a joy! Sweetie has not been around cats but for the serious adoption inquiries, could be cat tested.

Sweetie is up-to-date on all her vaccinations and is spayed. She has made an incredible recovery and is now in need of a loving forever home.
