My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi...Odie here! Don't let this cute face fool you....I'm one very sassy boy. I was once loved by my family when they got me as a puppy, but when I turned 8 yrs old, they decided they didn't want me anymore. My human brother didn't even want to take the time to say good bye to me as I was taken out the door. Most times I was kept in a small cage or sent to boarding when my family traveled which was often. When I was younger, the kids in the home teased me and now I have some trust issues and I can nip if I get fearful of what you're about to do. I also won't go near that small cage they sent along with me so please, NO crates for me. I'm a good boy for a bath and nail trim too. I do ok with other dogs but tend to be protective of my person so would be better off being the only dog. I want ALL the belly rubs to myself, which I really love. I love to take walks, go for car rides and I will tell you if I have to go potty by barking at you. My foster mom says I am one very smart boy as I learn very fast. I love to play with my ball and shake up the stuffed toys that are here. I would do best in a home where there are no children. If you can see it in your heart to give me the loving forever home that I am so hoping for, I promise to love you forever and will follow you everywhere.
