Meet Diego.. If you are looking for the perfect "comfort companion" look no further. Diego was turned in as a stray in a High Kill shelter in California. Thankfully he was rescued and we are so happy to have him! At the shelter, he was labeled a Shepherd/Pit bull Mix. Diego really has NO Shepherd nor any Pit Bull traits at all. His traits are more Labrador style and maybe Hound or Collie but he doesn't look like a collie :). Diego is so amazing, loving, cuddly, attentive and wants to be with you, help you and love on you. He is calm, cool and composed! Here are some notes from Diego's foster home: " Diego is great with the cat, he has no issues with house training..he goes pee outside, he has the perfect manners. Diego is so cool! He loves sooo good. he will climb up my body ever so gently, and snuggle into my neck or under my chin. It is really obvious that Diego has been trained professionally, and is really the most amazing comfort companion. He is great on the leash but doesn't even need a leash. Off leash he follows me everywhere. He can jump really high in to the back of my truck where he really loves to be. Diego loves to go for rides in the truck and just be himself, hang out with you as your best friend. At night he jumps up on my bed and snuggles right next to me. My pillow is his pillow. He will nibble on my ear, and lick my face with his super soft tongue. My cat loves him! This super stud will make your life a fantastic journey of love and comfort." Diego is 3-4 yrs old and about 55 lbs.
