My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey everyone!

My name is DiNozzo.

I have been at the shelter for over two years! I would REALLY love a family of my very own to enjoy my "golden years" with. I am a good boy and I would really like my own couch (or dog bed, if I'm not allowed on the furniture) to lounge on and enjoy the sunshine.

Unfortunately, the odds seem to be stacked against me:

* I am a refined gentleman over a certain age - but I still have plenty of life left to live and energy to play!

* I am what they call a "pitbull" (AND in a city with BSL) but I think my blocky head fits me well and gives me character

* I prefer to be the only pet - I have more than enough love to give my humans and I am told that I really deserve to live out my remaining years with just me and my humans!

I hear that sometimes there are "angels on earth" and I'm really hoping one of them will see me and they will hear my "heart-speak" and know that I can give them so much love and loyalty that they won't even need another pet while I'm around!

If your idea of a good time is enjoying each moment life has to offer you, the sunshine on your face, a nice long walk, and a good cuddle... PLEASE consider giving me a chance. I promise I will not disappoint you!

I AM worth it! Just give me a chance to prove it.
