ADOPTION FEE REDUCED!!!!! Cindy Lou was rescued from horrible situation, coming to Pawsville weighing less than a pound, with mange, worms and intestinal bacteria, all of which she has been treated for and overcome. Cindy Lou is very small still only weighing 3 lbs, due to her size and temperament she will need a very special home. With approved application and an adoption fee of $100.
