Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A word from Beau's foster: Beau is an absolute sweetheart. I'm not sure I've ever seen such gratitude in a dog's eyes! He no doubt had a rough life before he made it to the Lenoir Co. Shelter- he was emaciated, anemic, HW+ & had skin issues. He won the hearts of the people there. He came to me a month ago with ribs still showing & skin flaking off everywhere. He has come so far since then! His skin had cleared & he has a beautiful brindle coat. He has been on crate rest after his HW treatment but has put on weight, no more ribs poking out! He loves to throw himself over and roll in the grass, it's like he's never seen grass before! He loves to give bear hugs but I'm doing my best to discourage the jumping! He loves stuffed toys & will pull EVERY single one out of the basket every day. My floor is a landmine of stuffed animals. He is very loving & not interested in being out of my sight. He is great with other dogs too. Adoption fee of $300 includes age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, spay or neuter and microchip.
