Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reign is an adult kitty who was found outside hiding under brush after getting a call of a cat who was being tortured by kids. Reign only has one eye and is a small kitty. Reign needs a quiet home where she has someone understanding of what she has been through...she gets afraid at times and needs a patient loving hand that will let her know she will be ok.
