Penny and Piper will melt your heart! This tiny 5 lb dynamic duo has everything you are looking for…sweet, loving and unique! We believe they are mother and daughter. Piper is the multi colored mom and Penny the black little cutie! They are both young dogs, shy at first, but as you can see in the video very loving. Both were rescued out of a kill shelter in Southern CA. Their adoption fee includes: Shelter fee, spay, vaccinations, heart worm testing, health certificates, microchipping. Duo Adoption Fee: $380 Canadian adoptions will be considered
