Chequers is a unique and fascinating cat. He is about 6 years old, healthy with all shots up to date, neutered, micro-chipped, and loves to be with people. He won't spend all his time on your lap, but he does like short love-fests before he moves to the chair beside you to spend the evening with you. He will sleep quietly through the night at the foot of the bed with you - and also with any dogs you might have! He's a dog-lover himself and gets along well with dogs that are not overly energetic (puppy style.) Chequers will follow you around the house and will plop down to hang out with you wherever you are. He loves music, as well, and will come into any room with a piano being played. Note: While Chequers loves dogs, he does NOT like other cats and he he needs to be in a single cat household.
